TERMS OF SERVICE

✦ By commissioning me you understand and agree to the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in immediate termination of your request, no refund will be allowed and legal action will be taken.
✦ I reserve the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.

WILL DRAW & WON'T DRAW

✦ NSFW pieces are OK, if you are 18 and over.
✦ If you want to request something different from illustration, such as comic page(s), reference sheet, sticker bundle, another artstyle, etc., email me so we can discuss your idea and pricing.
✦ I don't work with any sexual content that includes minors, heavy gore, some kinks/fetishes (email to specify).

Payment

✦ Full payment upfront.
✦ Payment through Boosty only (you can use PayPal).
If you have any difficulties please talk to me directly and I'll try my best to help.
✦ Payment in USD.
✦ Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.
✦ No commission will be started until they are paid for.
✦ I DO NOT accept refunds or cancellations, once the commission has gone past the sketching/revision phase and you have agreed that you are happy with it and the work is to be finished.
✦ Base prices are subject to change based on complexity of request, this will be negotiated with the client.

WORK PROGRESS & DEADLINES

✦ I will try to respond to your initial order inquiry as soon as possible.
Sometimes it might take a couple of days.✦ My workflow: sketch > lines (if required) > flats > lighting and effects (if required) > finished artwork!
✦ If you want more stages of process, please tell so beforehand.✦ Completion of an art-commission may take from 2 weeks to 2 months.
✦ You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. The deadline must be discussed PRIOR to payment.
✦ A fee may be included depending on the date, work complexity etc.
✦ I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.✦ You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.
✦ The finished artwork (300 dpi) will be sent via email through a google drive link.
✦ You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
✦ Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.

REVISIONS

✦ Revisions during the sketch phase are free of cost, regardless of how small or big.
This stage is crucial to reaching your satisfactory goal.
✦ Be honest during revisions.
✦ Report all the problems at once, so I fix it as quickly as possible.✦ After the final sketch phase approval, revisions are still possible BUT:
✦✦ Small revisions are free of cost.
Examples: color corrections, changing an expression or other similar simple tasks.
However, note that frequent revision requests will be charged. So please be mindful and honest as soon as possible, while mentioning everything you deem in need of change.
✦✦ Major revisions past the stage of final sketch phase will incur additional charges to the original commissions price.
Examples: pose changing, a different composition or character, outfit design etc.✦ As requested previously, if you have a very clear image of what you are going for I will need you to clarify and give as much detail as early in the process as you can.
✦ Please note that revisions exclude requests of changing the artstyle. You are fully responsible for picking me and the style of my work.

Copyright Policy

✦ All artwork is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
This means clients can claim the rights of their own character(s) and have the ability to share the work on social media, use it as a wallpaper or/and icon etc. You also have the right to print and hang it on your wall or gift it to a friend, however, you do not own the rights to the drawing itself.
✦ Credit is extremely appreciated if you post or use it anywhere.✦ DO NOT reproduce the artwork for mass consumption, promotional work/, marketing for a product or company, selling as prints, stickers or any sort of product and any similar commercial use without the proper commercial license.
✦ If you are interested in commercial license, please contact me via email to discuss all the details.✦ Taking credit for the artwork, tracing or altering the work in any way or form or requesting another person to do so IS PROHIBITED.
✦ Any AI, NFTs or anything of sorts are strictly PROHIBITED.✦ The artist retains the right to post the commissioned artwork’s final product and/or the artwork while still being in progress on their website or social media, which is considered a means of marketing for the artist.
✦ A Request to keep the commissioned artwork private and/or remain unposted by the artist will include a fee.

How to Order

✦ Submit your request via Email.
✦ Reference images or detailed descriptions are a requirement. Photos, drawings, or writing are all helpful. Documents, pinterest boards, anything are welcomed and helpful!
✦ Once we are in agreement about commission concept, details and final cost, I will ask you to make the payment via Boosty.
